When Do I Pay for My Order?

Can I Request Changes to My Order?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. That means you can receive unlimited revisions. If you would like to request changes, we are always happy to revise your content so that it better fits your goals.

How Long Do I Have to Review the Content?

You can request revisions up to 72 hours after the completed content has been delivered to you. If you need additional time to request changes, be sure to contact the BrilliantContent Team.

Is the Content Original?

Your content will always be original. All orders are screened through a plagiarism detection service to make sure your content is 100% unique.

How is My Content Delivered?

Once your assignment has been completed by our writer, you’ll receive an email notification alerting you that the content is ready for review. You can access and download your content in your client portal.

Can I Request Changes After I Approve an Order?

Unfortunately, revision requests are not permitted once a job has been approved and closed out. Our writers are not paid until a job has been approved, and it is our policy that they are paid within a reasonable amount of time. To ensure that this policy is upheld, we ask that all requests are made within 72 hours of order delivery.

When Will My Content Be Delivered?

Your content will be delivered by 5 PM CST five business days after your order is placed. If you need content sooner than that, please contact the BrilliantContent Team and we will do our best to accommodate you.
